Our Return Policy

You can return items within 30 days of receipt.

To ensure the authenticity and condition and value of your purchase, all secondhand items purchased online are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

We process returns on a case-by-case basis, with the ultimate goal of customer satisfaction. We are responsible for our products and services and want our customers to be satisfied. We will do our best to serve our customers—our philosophy is to treat every customer fairly and reasonably. We firmly believe that when we treat our customers fairly, they will treat us fairly in return. Refunds will be issued to the payment method you used when purchasing the returned item.

Need to return an item? We no longer include return labels with your order, but you can still print a prepaid label yourself, obtain a QR code for use at eligible USPS or FedEx locations, or return the item in a physical store. Please ensure the item matches the correct packaging and label. Items returned due to misshipment, incorrect labeling, or failure to meet return conditions will not be returned or refunded.

Refunds with a sales receipt will be credited to the original payment method, including gift cards (so please keep your gift card even if the balance is zero). We provide a gift receipt when you purchase the gift. With a gift receipt, the refund will be credited to the original payment method. If we choose to refund but cannot provide a sales receipt, we will ask for personal identification and refund the amount to your Nordstrom gift card at the current price. (Unless otherwise stipulated by law, gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.)

Returns by Mail: If you paid by credit card, we will refund your account within 3-5 business days of receiving the return. The exact arrival time depends on your issuing bank and/or billing cycle and will be shown on your next statement. If you request an exchange, we will deduct the cost of the new item from your account and refund the return amount to your account.
